Senior Physical Preparedness

This program designed for the 65+ age group aims to improve confidence in one’s physical abilities and quality of life. This is accomplished by thoughtfully teaching and incrementally strengthening natural human movement patterns while working around and mitigating existing limitations.

Remote Coaching

This is for any athlete who wants coaching but can’t make it to our facility in person. After a free consultation, you will receive a personalized program for your athletic goals, weekly check ins, 24 hour turnaround form video review, and access to our coaching via text and phone.
